Having a fence doesn\u2019t keep people from throwing a lit cigarette over the fence. I pick them up all the time and I have a fence also. Some of the neighbors are very concerned because it endangers our property. Fire travels fast.<\/p>\n<p>Some people have blackberry vines and heavy vines hanging from their fences, which makes it nearly impossible to drive in the alley because it scratches our cars.<\/p>\n<p>When we own or rent a home, it is our responsibility to keep it up so it doesn\u2019t endanger other people\u2019s property.<\/p>\n<p>We are taking the addresses of the problem areas and turning them in to code compliance.
