I noticed that none of the four cars crossed over the double white lines, as it is clearly posted that would be illegal.<\/p>\n<p>I would appreciate an answer on this.<\/p>\n<p>Charles H. Anyone in front of an ambulance or other emergency vehicle approaching from behind in a HOT lane is to move immediately to the right, he said.
