The Soul Fusion food truck is now officially open for business! The “down home soul food” experience is now available wherever in Renton the truck may be parked. For the truck’s ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, June 23 the top-selling item on the menu was the Catfish Sandwich Combo, which Renton News’s advertising representative Sianna Foster reports was “soul’d out” before she even arrived to the ceremony. Foster had the Fusion Burger, which she says was “so good I couldn’t stop eating it even though my body begged me to stop.”
